Hiya! It’s time to share one of my favourite wellbeing practices that I’m truly grateful to have in my life, Breathwork. I first discovered this technique during Wellbeing by the Lakes last year and have been attending weekly classes (with Ellie Loves) for months now since. By connecting with my breath I have worked though some deep routed anxiety shizzle from childhood trauma. But listen, I’m not suggesting that everyone has trauma to shift. We all have different levels of connecting with our unconsciousness and nervous system from the active breath. This allows us to release emotions that we are holding onto – sometimes without even knowing why.
Please note – if you’re thinking about booking your first session, speak to a specialist (or even a therapist) before attending a class as unlocking your unconsciousness and nervous system can have powerful repercussions.
Breathwork – Let that shit go!
- Are you someone who has become aware that the same harmful patterns keep showing up in your life – In relationships? In work? In self-care?
- Have you done all the therapy, read the books, and know exactly what your patterns are, but feel unable to move through them?
- Maybe you just feel the need to shift some heavy energy through your body and out the other side?
You’re not on your own, there’s a beautiful community of likeminded people who want to better themselves and step-up their self-care. Breathwork will help you do just that!
I highly recommend Ellie Loves who is providing virtual classes so you can experience your body and energy in a truly unique way. Please head to her website to discover more about Breathwork and how you can attend Ellie’s next powerful class.
So how does Breathwork sound to you? Do you fancy giving it a go… Thoughts?
